standard Hp Unveils Two New 6 & 7″ “VoiceTab” Android Phablets

largeAfter HP’s Web-OS debacle that ended in a fire-sale and immediate axing of their phone and tablet lines over two years ago, HP have finally stepped back into the smart-phone/tablet arena. HP unveiled two new 6 and 7 inch voice calling enabled tablets, under the convenient naming scheme of “VoiceTab” products. The HP Slate6 VoiceTab and HP SlateVoiceTab both come with dual sim 3G capabilities and blur the boundaries between a  tablet and a phone even further. Both come with 16Gb onboard storage, expandable with up to 32 Gb micro SD cards, as well as front facing 2 Mp cameras and 5 Mp rear facing cameras.

Unfortuately HP have no plans at the moment to launch these devices in the US or North America, and instead are focusing on an India and Asia centric launch, the price however has not been set.
