standard Nokia Treasure Tag Mini WS-10 Announced

Nokia-Treasure-Tag-Mini-WS-10-2The Nokia Treasure Tag is one of those novel little accessories that I think everyone should have (at least one of), and nokia have just updated the options by adding the WS-10, or the treasure tag mini. The mini looks exactly like the normal tag but is lighter, smaller and cheaper; it also has a longer standby battery life; but is missing NFC and an alert tone. That means that any pairing will have to be done manually, and if something gets lost only your phone will alert you, but you won’t get that sort of “paging” tone from your keys or whatever it is you’ve tagged.

The treasure tag mini is compatible with any Bluetooth enabled Lumia (so all of them basically), and although there is no price just yet; I suspect it will cost somewhere near the € 20 mark (or slightly below).

The official specs of the treasure tag mini are listed below:

  • Dimensions

    • Width: 30 mm
    • Height: 30 mm
    • Thickness: 5.8 mm
    • Weight: 6.2 g
