Microsoft have made some nice improvements to the Windows Phone store experience with WP 8.1, a lot of those are aimed at helping developer’s get the most out of reviews and provide useful feedback rather than driving down the rating due to some isolated device specific bugs.
The latest of these changes is an update on the back-end of the store which now shows the device model make and number, as well as what version the user had when the review was posted. This is useful for people who want to see how an app performs on their device, as well as reviewers trying to find some isolated device problems.
Good work Microsoft.
Thanks for the tip Alvester.
