It’s ¬†been a while since Rudy Huyn’s Tinder app (6Tndr) was pulled from the store in favor of an official app that he was supposedly working on with the Tinder team. Now it seems that things didn’t work out very well between the two, as Rudy has re-released 6Tbdr under a new nam “6Tin”. The app still has the same features as design as the original; but it’s not very clear why the official app he was supposed to work on was cancelled.

6tin is the first full featured Tinder app for Windows Phone (previously named 6tindr)

Tinder is the way everyone is meeting new people.

We find out who likes you nearby and connect you with them if you’re also interested.

1) Tinder shows you someone nearby it thinks you should know, and lets you anonymously like or pass on them…
2) If someone you like happens to like you back, then Tinder makes an introduction & lets you chat within the app.

PLEASE NOTE: Tinder and 6tin requires facebook to login

6tin includes some exclusive features, not available on official tinder app:
– review last passed persons to like them if you made a mistake or changed your mind
– select manually your geolocalization on a map without GPS
– send message using voice recognition
– be able to save photos of your contacts on your phone
– open directly your friend profile from a picture saved on your phone (rich media extensibility)

Guarantee is was business related. Rudy probably wanted something in return for all the work he was doing and he wasn’t going to get what he was looking for.
