Earlier OneDrive was updated to remove the 2GB limit on files stored on the file sharing service. Today the OneDrive team announced that the new file limit is 10GBs per file, besides the file capacity increase, OneDrive now also supports getting links to sharing documents directly through Windows Explorer.
Some other new features include the ability to upload folders directly via the web client (wasn’t available before), as well as faster file syncing, by allowing multiple files to be uploaded/downloaded at once. These new features have already begun rolling out, and will be available to everyone soon.
