One Plus, a company that first came to recognition earlier this year; by announcing the “One Plus One”, with the tag line “Never Settle”. The phone claimed to be a reasonably priced ($300) flagship tier phone, that does away with compromises. The One Plus One was sold through an invite only system, which sparked some grey market sales of the invites, where they sold for up to $100 per invite.
Now it appears that One Plus are discussing making a Windows Phone version of their device, as announced by Carl Pei; director of One Plus
“We have had discussions with Microsoft over a Windows Phone smartphone. We are still looking into it.”
The current Andorid version of the One Plus One comes with the latest Snapdragon 801 processor, 3 GB of ram and a 5.5″ 1080p display.
