standard Microsoft’s brand new browser looks eerily familiar

microsoft_edge_logo-700x525Yesterday at build, Microsoft officially announced that their all-new super sleek browser will officially be named “Microsoft Edge”, since it’s at the bleeding edge of technology apparently. Although Spartan/Edge might be an all new browser that Microsoft can be proud of; they might as well have called it Internet Explorer 13, since the logo is nothing new. ie.jpg.CROP.promo-mediumlargeIn fact the new logo is almost identical to the Internet Explorer logo, minus a couple of wavy extensions. True, the Internet Explorer logo has become the face of the internet on many desktops, but is sticking with the same image that has grown to be a source of ridicule really a wise decision?
