After over a month since its announcement, the Lumia 950 finally has a release date, officially coming to At&t stores on November 20th (in 4 days). The phone will be available on At&t’s network for $150 when bundled with the standard 2 year contract.

The Lumia 950 will also be available as an upgrade through At&t’s “next” plans, selling for $29.95/mth for 20 months on the Next 12 plan, or the Next 18 plan for $24.96/mth for 24 months, or the Next 24 for $19.97 a month for 30 months.

At&t however have not made any mention of the Lumia 950’s off contract pricing, but we can expect it to be somewhere between the $500-$600 price-range.
