Although the LG V10 launched almost immediately after the Android 6.0 Marshmallow release, it shipped with the older lollipop version of the software.  Verizon and LG are working on finally getting some Marshmallow goodness onto the best of a phone, as Verizon has confirmed the software version update VS99022A rolling out today (March 24th) will bump the V10 up to Android 6.0.

Android 6.0’s main features include Google on Tap, better battery life enhancements, and detailed security permissions for apps, along with a bunch of bug fixes and enhancements. TO check for the software update head over to Settings>About Phone>Software updates>Check for Update>Download now
