standard T-Mobile catches the Pokémon fever, Pokémon Go doesn’t count against your data cap + more offers Pokémon Go shaping up to be the incredible sensation that it is, it’s no surprise that carriers are jumping on board the hype train making themselves more attractive to fans. T-Mobile is the first to catch the Poké-Fever, announcing that playing the game will NOT count against your data cap for a full year, meaning you can play as much as you want without worrying about burning through your data bundle. (If only they could do the same for my battery).

Also included in the T-mobile promotion are free Lyft rides to Pokéstops, discounted accessories and more (check out the full list below):

  • Free, unlimited data on Pokémon Go, so it won’t touch your high-speed data—for a full year!
  • Free Lyft rides up to $15 to get to a new PokéStop or Gym
  • Free Wendy’s Frosty to fuel up for your hunting trip
  • 50% off select accessories – including portable power packs and chargers at T-Mobile stores – so you can keep on playing for hours

Hopefully Pokémon Go won’t fizzle out as quickly as it gained traction, as I for one can’t get enough of it.
