standard Android 7.0 Nougat begins rolling out to Levant based LG G5’s

Some exciting news for LG G5 owners in the Middle-East/Levant region. The official roll-out of Android Nougat 7.0 for the G5 has begun, and the update should being to appear on your devices immediately. You may have to head into the settings and manually search for an update if you’re not seeing it.

The first wave of LG G5’s in Europe and other regions got their first taste of Nougat late last month (November 29th to be exact), so it’s nice to see the rest of us aren’t far behind.

The update includes native split screen multitasking capabilities, direct reply to notifications, improved quick settings, a revamped notifications (bundled together). Now time to countdown for Android 7.1
